Late Viewing's
Viewing's will be arranged at times that are convenient for you and include evenings and weekends. So you can view what you want, when you want. You will invariably be accompanied by a member of staff who can give you advice and answer any questions you may have about the property.

Once you have registered a few details with Baxtertodd we will constantly keep you informed with email updates as well as calling you when we feel a suitable property is found. Our database is updated in real-time and there are always a range of suitable properties for you to view.

Registration should take just a minute of your time but will save you lots of time later. We will save your details and your requirements so that you can come to the site again and immediately find properties in your chosen search criteria. If a property comes on to our books, or the price suddenly falls into your price range, you will be notified immediately!
Insurance Services
As appointed introducers for Endsleigh insurances we are able to offer a variety of policies to meet your needs. Your landlords own insurance won't cover you if you accidentally damage their property, and it definitely won't cover you if you own belongings are damaged or stolen.
